London's skyline is one of the most recognisable in the world. It provides an endless choice of gorgeous and varied views, a melting pot of different eras and styles of architecture. Whether you're looking for a riverside vista, an industrial landscape or a bustling nighttime backdrop, there are plenty of places to film in London that offer unique viewpoints.

This one-of-a-kind rooftop shoot location is a particular favourite of ours - it's actually the top level of a car park, but could be easily placed in a futuristic sci-fi film. With a light, sandy tone that captures the colours of the surrounding sky, it provides a strangely elegant setting with views over West London and the River Brent.

For a more industrial, brutalist look, it's best to head central. Those looming skyscrapers provide a great contrast against the often cloudy sky, and no London cityscape would be complete without a glimpse of the Gherkin.

The city comes alive at night; illuminated windows, cars and street lamps form a stunning tapestry of colour. It doesn't have to be at height either - C23359 provides a unique ground-level view across the river and through the jungle of skyscrapers on the other side.
