Locations At the heart of the Courteenhall Estate is The Hall, built in 1791. Full of original features, the three-storey, Georgian hall is surrounded by 100 acres of parkland, including a world-renowned arboretum. The Hall also has traditional grass tennis courts, a walled kitchen garden and far-reaching views across to the lake and Courteenhall Church. The wider Estate has a huge variety of buildings and landscapes that lend themselves to film and photography, including the untouched ‘Old Grammar School’ classroom, an outdoor swimming pool, Georgian stables with a large, cobbled courtyard. All of these are connected by a network of private roads.
Access Whilst The Estate is located close to the M1, it is unaffected by traffic noise thanks to the local topography and well-established natural screening, and as such purely benefits from the ease of access. Courteenhall has quick links to both London and Birmingham. Facilities There is ample parking on the Estate that is ideal for production vehicles. With several areas combined, it is also possible to have a unit base on site. Additional rooms and buildings can be bolted onto bookings for ancillary uses such as green rooms and dining.
