A traditional Country Estate, which lies at the heart of the Northern Lake District, situated on the Western Shore of Derwentwater in a dramatic location surrounded by incredible views of some of the best loved Lakeland fells. Central to the Estate is a grand grade II listed Victorian manor house, built in 1873 by the prominent Victorian architect Alfred Waterhouse.
