A detached barn conversion with well established mature trees and an impressive English Oak and springlet-fed pond. The garden wraps around the house with pleached hornbeams and set-out as a croquet lawn with its classical styled summerhouse. The stone barn is tucked away and is very private, it also features a floor to wall fire place and lovely country side views inside and out. We are currently renovating the barn and have been living here for 2 years.
20 minutes drive from the local train station Okehampton to the main line being, Exeter St Davids to London.
