The house itself is a three-storey property with the following features: Top floor: A large bedroom, sitting room with floor to ceiling veluxs, and a spacious bathroom with a tin bath. Middle floor: Three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has a four poster bed, two bathrooms, and a home office Ground floor: A large open-plan kitchen/dining. There is a large island with a seating. The living area is at one end of the kitchen and has open roof with an oak beam, bi-folding doors opening onto a decked terrace and garden. There’s also a generous hallway with a beautiful oak staircase, a curving stone wall leading to a cosy living room featuring a stone fireplace and wood burner. Outside, we have a swimming pool, a separate guest house, and direct access to the fields via a farm gate that opens onto the main road through Ystradowen. At the front of the house there is a rustic cowshead, and to the rear there is a large wooden stable, an orchard and three seperate fields. The setting offers a blend of modern, rustic, and traditional elements.
