This unusual seaside shoot location is nestled in a secluded position above Hastings Old Town. Part of what makes it so special is that the original house is a simple late Georgian villa, sensitively extended to create a wonderfully light and open ‘contemporary vintage’ living space, which has a modernist, mid-century look.
Overlooking a beautiful garden, it has a strong indoor–outdoor flow and is full of variety and personality, so is great for shoots requiring multiple looks.
